Ultrafocus is an AI-powered platform that generates interactive learning journeys, task pages, and curated content to help users learn, build, and achieve goals. The Service uses third-party AI models and web search APIs to generate content.
You may access limited features without an account. Full access requires signing in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
The Service uses a credit-based system. New users receive 1,000 free credits. Additional credits may be purchased through Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You should independently verify any facts, recommendations, or instructions before relying on them. Ultrafocus LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Generated content may include links to third-party websites and resources. We do not control or endorse these external sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
You retain ownership of any content you create or input into the Service (notes, form data, task modifications). By using the Service, you grant Ultrafocus LLC a license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service. Your journey data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers except as needed for AI generation.

The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of Ultrafocus LLC. AI-generated content is provided for your personal use. Images sourced from third-party services (such as Pexels) are subject to their respective licenses.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultrafocus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve user data in the event of service changes.
