- Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth.
- Journey data: Goals, task inputs, notes, and form data you enter while using the Service. This data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage and IndexedDB) and is not stored on our servers.
- Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your credit card details. We only receive confirmation of payment and your email for credit allocation.
Information collected automatically:
- API usage data: We log API requests including your email, the AI model used, token counts, request type, and cost. This is stored in our Supabase database for billing and service monitoring.
- Credit balances: Your credit balance and usage history are stored in our database.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication (Google OAuth session) and anonymous usage tracking (query count for free-tier limits).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Service
- To authenticate your identity
- To process payments and manage credits
- To send your queries to AI models (Anthropic Claude) for content generation
- To perform web searches (via Tavily) to curate content for your journeys

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Google OAuth: Authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic (Claude AI): AI content generation. Your messages and journey context are sent to Anthropic's API. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- Tavily: Web search for content curation. Search queries are sent to Tavily's API.
- Pexels: Image search. Search queries may be sent to Pexels' API.
- Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: Database hosting for credit balances and API cost tracking.
- Vercel: Application hosting and deployment.
5. Data Storage and Security
Local data: Your journey content, task pages, notes, and form inputs are stored locally in your browser using localStorage and IndexedDB. This data does not leave your device except when sent to AI models for content generation.
Server data: We store your email, credit balance, usage history, and API cost logs in Supabase (PostgreSQL). This data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What we do NOT store on our servers: Your journey content, generated task pages, personal notes, form inputs, or chat history. These remain in your browser.
6. Data Retention
Account and credit data is retained as long as your account is active. API usage logs are retained for billing and monitoring purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Clear your local journey data at any time by clearing your browser storage
